This is a recipe suggested by my friend Monika, from Munich. She sent the ingredients for me to cook them and put them in this blog. She had previously been to my house and cooked such a highly appreciated dish by the Germans, and which I also liked a lot. 

Receta propuesta por mi amiga Monika, de Munich. Los ingredientes me los envió para que los cocinara y los pusiera en éste blog. Antes estuvo en mi casa y cocinó éste plato muy apreciado por los alemanes y que, a mí, también me gustó mucho.
